Payment Methods
New Clients
Eliza Press Print & Design requires 25% payment when artwork is approved unless payment terms are agreed on. If a 30 day account is required it can be applied for by emailing: sales@elizaprint.com and is subject to our Terms & Conditions . Any account must be paid within 30 days from invoice date. Once an order has been placed or approved, payment can be made by direct deposit or credit card through Swipe Payment. (An emailed invoice will take you there). There are no extra charges for Credit card payments. Please do not place an order if you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Adding Collection Costs
Should your account exceed our trading terms and be past over for collection, all costs including agency's commission, solicitors fees and any other out of pocket expenses are the liability of the customer.
Artwork
Any changes to artwork must be approved before going to print and it is the clients responsibility to check all spelling and corrections. Once the artwork goes to print it must be paid for in full and any errors are the customers responsibility. Computer screens may not reflect the correct colour compared to a printed copy.
Where we offer FREE ARTWORK the artwork remains the property of Eliza Press Print & Design and any failure to proceed with a print job will incur a artwork fee.

Deliveries
Our transport people deliver to a Street/Residential address only,
If you have a Street/Residential address and its unattended we can leave your goods at the door, if your request this type of delivery it will have to be done in writing or by email, please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property if they are unattended. (If this happens and the goods are returned to us , you will be asked to arrange your own courier or pay an additional delivery fee).
